Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Scope
The business relations between the IncoSan UK Limited and the purchaser shall be solely and independent of the type of communication (phone, fax, e-mail or the Internet), the following terms and conditions apply at the time of current orders, even without explicit mention in negotiations . Differing conditions apply only if IncoSan UK Limited expressly and in writing approve alterations. The Terms and Conditions apply only for shipments within the United Kingdom.
§ 2 Final Contract
Your order constitutes an offer to us to conclude a purchase contract; The final order of the goods in the "basket" is agreed with the dispatch of the completed order form. Upon receipt of the order by us you will receive a confirmation via e-mail in which the details of the order will be listed. This is to inform you that your order is received. Upon the dispatch of the goods, the sale is effectively closed. The sale constitutes only those products explicitly shown in the shipping confirmation.
§ 3 Prices
If received before noon, the despatch is usually made on the day of the order at the declared piece and delivery prices. Unless otherwise agreed, the prices are for stock items, excluding special packaging and other costs. The prices include the current value added tax at 17.5% (from 1st January 2010) thereafter at the prevailing rate.
§ 4 Revocation
You can cancel your contract within a period of 30 days in writing, without giving reasons (eg by letter or by e-mail) or by returning the unused or faulty goods. However, you must inform us in writing (letter or fax) or by telephone, if you intend to return goods. This period begins on the day of receipt of the goods by you, and not on receiving your instruction. Send the written cancellation addressed to:

Consequences:
We will refund the value of the goods for the order in question only.
For unwanted goods you have the cost of the return postage to bear, if the goods are not faulty. If there is an error with size and the package seals are unbroken we will exchange free of charge and we will pay for the re-delivery.
§ 5 Delivery
The delivery is from IncoSan stock to the customer's home address, unless an alternative is agreed at time of ordering. Information on delivery dates are approximate and not binding. Should IncoSan be unable to supply you because of manufacturing problems, IncoSan has the right to rescind the contract. In this case, the buyer will be immediately informed that the product is not available, the statutory rights of the Purchaser shall remain unaffected.
In cases where a delivery is not possible because the buyer cannot be found at the delivery address, although the delivery date with a reasonable time is given, the buyer shall bear and the costs of the unsuccessful delivery, the purchaser will be charged a re-delivery in the amount of £ 5.50 .
§ 6 Payment
Payment commitment is due at time of the order – cheque, credit card or debit card will be accepted (please do not send cash or postal orders). § 7 Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Incosan UK Limited until the payment has been cleared.
§ 8 Liability for defects
Within the first 6 months from the delivery date Incosan UK Limited will honour the statutory warranty requirements. The warranty claims of the Purchaser shall be limited initially to repair. Should it be necessary, the goods will be exchanged.
Insofar as hereinafter not otherwise, any further claims by the purchaser - on whatever legal grounds - are excluded. Incosan UK Limited is not liable for damage to the item itself are especially not liable for any lost of profits or other property damage of the purchaser. Where the contractual liability of Incosan UK Limited is excluded or limited, this also applies to the liability of employees, representatives and agents.
The foregoing limitation of liability does not apply in cases where intent or gross negligence caused the injury or if an injury occurred. In the case of a negligent breach of contractual obligations, the liability of Incosan UK Limited is limited to the value of the goods.
With a subsequent delivery due to a replacement, if the purchaser first claims within 30 days, the warranty period will pass to the replaced goods from date of despatch. The limitation period for any claims arising from the contractual relationship is twenty-four months from delivery.
§ 9 Privacy
Personal data is processed protected under the strict controls of the Date Protection Acts. and, only appropriate information forwarded to the delivery service. In addition, IncoSan may check credit ability when paying by debit/credit card. An address list will be compiled by Incosan UK Limited, where appropriate, for marketing purposes, you have the right to opt out at any ti me by writing to us.
