Returns Policy

You can cancel your contract within a period of 30 days in writing, without giving reasons (eg by letter or by e-mail) or by returning the unused or faulty goods. This period begins on the day of receipt of the goods by you, and not on receiving your instruction. Post the written cancellation together with the returned goods addressed to:

Please retain a Royal Mail receipt as proof of postage.

Consequences: 
We will refund the value of the goods for the order in question only.
For unwanted goods  you have the cost of the return postage to bear, if the goods are not faulty. If there is an error with size and the package seals are unbroken we will exchange free of charge and we will pay for the re-delivery.
